Hey Tumblr! Just finished my third Speech round.
This competition has five rounds, four today and one tomorrow morning. Rounds generally last about an hour, and There’s a half-hour of time before each new round. Speech is much more like performing than giving a traditional speech, just so you know. I was in Creative Expression last year, which meant I wrote my own piece and performed it; I’m in Poetry this year and I’m doing Ashes and Blue Blanket by Andrea Gibson. I’ll do a video of my speech when I’m memorized, but I’m still on script right now xD
